Guardianships

The attorneys at Anderson & Quinn have successfully represented clients involved in guardianship petitions and disputes. These cases involve protecting the elderly from financial abuse, ensuring appropriate healthcare, and helping the person to live with meaningful dignity. Besides representing individual petitioners, we have represented healthcare facilities in these matters when the patient’s family cannot agree on care decisions.

Guardianship cases are typically filed in the Circuit Court of the county where the person needing a guardianship resides.
