Heather has represented clients in a wide variety of cases in federal and state courts in Maryland and across the country. Over the years, her practice has involved diverse matters from large, complex insurance and products liability cases to smaller commercial disputes and medical malpractice claims. She has practiced in law firms of varying sizes from very large to medium and small ones and has found that the size of the cases may change but the basics remain the same.
Prior to joining Anderson & Quinn, LLC, Ms. Clark clerked for the Honorable Marvin J. Garbis, United States District Court for the District of Maryland. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and of Bucknell University. Heather is a past president of her law school alumni association and served as a board member for seven years. She is licensed to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
